I ordered mine today… this is the thing I look forward to the least… really don’t like being flashy and drawing attention…
but I love the tech and want the truck to replace my Silverado… ?
I’m excited for them to be everywhere… when will that happen?!?
Thanks for the info, yall.
This will be our new travel vehicle so just want to think though solutions to keep the family's stuff clean in the back... Switching from an SUV
I know everyone does this differently... I'm interested in how everyone is cleaning and conditioning your white pannels! This is one of my biggest worries for longevity on the interior... White in a work truck just seems like a mistake, but I've heard it's pretty durable.
Any tips, comments...
For those with the white..... how hard is it to keep clean? I use my trucks in dirty, grimy environments and have kids... My biggest concern is it looking dingy in 2-4 years.
Yeah, I don't feel like there will be a 2 year line... Not only will they be producing quicker, but also many of the people who couldn't swing the 100K also won't be able to swing the 80K.
I'd rather Tesla run though the whole list with FS and shift to the non-FS to start building inventory in...
I also wonder if there will be a time period where both are available....
So early reservation holders will start getting the option for non-FS.... but late reservation holders will still have the option for FS on their build page? And maybe with the non-FS and a longer delivery estimate?
That being said... this thread does influence me to wait... seems like it may not be much longer before the standard options can be chosen...

No value in that for me... I think the truck is cool and fell in love with it, but don't really get pleasure out of owning fancy cars/etc. Not a very flashy guy.... just really like this truck, lol
I do agree.... it seems worth it...
You pay 20K more. There is real value in the FSD; maybe not...
I didn't realize FSD was related to the tax credit.... Just thought it was:
MSRP < $80K
Meet the income limits for the tax credit. (<300K for household)
File Form 8936
Yeah the AWD is the way for me... I don't drive in a manor to ever really get advantages from the Beast.
I guess the "value" of the FSD with the FS is around $12,000.... Seems like a pretty long payout verses $100/month... I guess the idea is that the monthly price will likely rise to pay for...
For those of you who went though the process of buying a cyber truck... is there anything you wish you knew going into it? Any think to watchout for?
I'm leaning towards the AWD since I don't drive in a style conducive to the Beast... and like the additional range/lower weight.
I'm not sure...
FSD is one of the main selling points for me buying this vehicle. If for some reason it got majorly delayed or some how obsoleted (like the V1 Rivians....).... I'd be pretty irate. Thanks again for the information.
