I got cut by my CT for the third time today and it had me wondering if I'm the only one clumsy enough to be getting beat up by this thing.
First time - gnarly gash on the top of my head (bald) by the canttrails when loading something into the back row
Second time - closed the door a bit too...
OEM tie rods are sometimes designed to fail under a certain load to prevent the forces from being transmitted to other steering components. A beefier tie rod means that, although it'll be harder to break the tie rod itself, there's a chance it could transmit the force and break something else...
I can't see them in the pics, but your wipers can scratch your windshield if they have some debris under them (sand, rock dust, etc)
It's common on all vehicles but could happen more easily if the glass is on the softer side
Maybe one of these?

Pretty dumb to pull something that is much heavier than the weight limit on the winch, even if the Semi wasn't fully "stuck". Could've ended very poorly for someone if the line snapped
Ah, didn't realize the bolts went most of the way through. Even without them I'm sure it was mostly fine (especially being TPU like you said), but thought I'd share
What printer did you use? It did a good job with the TPU
Looks great, thanks for sharing the plans.
If possible, though, I would recommend printing the parts on their side to change the layer orientation and reduce the risk of them shearing/failing over time.
I didn't see the video, but from what I've seen on here, I think some Tesla engineers chimed in and said the unused space is there for cooling or something along those lines
It says his Cybertruck pulled over on its own right after the collision. I wonder if it that's why it hit the guard rail, or if it was the driver's fault. Looks like a decent amount of the damage came from that secondary collision but it's hard to tell
Hard to tell in the pics but are you sure you didn't have minor rock chips that the water was able to get into/under? Just doesn't seem like damage that would happen from a pressure washer alone
Does that also include accidents where Autopilot disconnected seconds before because of a potential hazard? Or strictly just accidents where Autopilot was active at the moment of impact?
Mine is the same, and my lane departure warnings are also overly sensitive on the left hand side too. I haven't tried recalibrating the cameras yet but it's been on my list. Sucks to hear there's a chance it won't do much, though.
