From my limited experience with wraps:
PFP : which is typically the 'clear' protection film does come in solid colors , in matt & gloss finish
Vinyl: Comes in solid colors and also can provide the layers for the 'iridescence' / color changing effects.

That is a color for sure: you won't confuse that car for another.
