Delivery scheduled for this Friday in Fort Lauderdale after a re-schedule due to the recall.

I counted 10 at the Fort Lauderdale dealer yesterday on hold until further notice.

I was so damn close to delivery and then this BS! The dealer actually showed me my truck fresh off the transport vehicle but said “no no no” on deliveries until the end of the month. So for now, I can stare at the damn truck sitting on the lot in Fort Lauderdale.

Starting the process over today? 2-3 years. I was at the dealer yesterday inspecting my truck that just came off the semi from Austin and the phone was literally ringing off the hook with questions about how long it would take to get a truck. The Tesla team wouldn’t give a straight answer...

I just got the text. My CT is scheduled to arrive to Fort Lauderdale tomorrow and the text mentioned the incoming trucks were all in a “containment hold” until they receive the necessary parts.

I didn’t sign an agreement. After two weeks I can say with confidence this was an excellent investment!

It’s a truck! Who cares about some dents and battle wounds? Like everything else, it will eventually end up in a junk yard so enjoy the hell out of it!

Got a VIN today! Ordered AWD 1/11/24. Awaiting delivery date to Fort Lauderdale store.

AWD going on 75 days w/o a VIN. Sucks, I didn’t think I would be at 75 days with no VIN! Looking forward to some good news soon. I saw a whole line of Cybertrucks at the Fort Lauderdale dealer but none of them ended up being mine.

What type of rates are you getting for CT in South Florida? We have progressive but I will swiftly dump that shitbox company if anyone has a better recommendation.
