It's super frustrating that I have an 11275 reservation number that didn't get an invite for FS. But my 11277 DID get an invite. That said, I'm in Nevada just hoping for a VIN someday.
I have the same situation. The later reservation number (separated by mere minutes) was the one that got the FS offer. I figured I would drive the FS for a year and see how I feel when the non-FS invite shows up.
You can check in the app. Go to your CyberTruck, click the big blue "View" button.
Then swipe over to registration (should go there automatically), and click the grey view button under the registrant name.
Then scroll down to the section that says Tesla Location.
USAA, Nevada, only major accident was in 2011. No tickets. Currently a Model X and Model S. Roughly 15k miles/year on the S, 10k on the X. Replacing the S with the CT DROPS my insurance about $240 annually.

I think the problem is the vehicle checks for connectivity and if it sees a redirect it drops the connection. So like was mentioned before, MAC spoofing is probably your best bet.
