It seems to be related to the mirror setup though. May want to double check before you take it in because they will probably charge you if they find it’s related to the mirror setup. Seems you could unhook the ribbons on the passenger side pretty easily to verify.

Have you had any issues with it throwing a ln error that says “Audio System Unavailable”. I just got mine and I’m a little hesitant to install it because I’ve seen a few people talk about this.

Did you hook up the front camera or can I just leave that one unhooked?

Wouldn’t want that on my vehicle and isn’t probably going to deter lunatics anyway. My 2¢.

It was one of the comments that the OP made.

If you read his comments he says he was in FSD but he manually hit the brakes. Hard to know for sure if FSD would have stopped. Either way he was praising the vehicle for the stopping ability and to be able to drive over the rubble. Still a great story and video.

I had that previously so I don’t think this update added that but could have been one of the bug fixes.

That being said, the integrated step in the tailgate that Ford has is one of the best designs out there. The Ram one is semi dangerous. I have never owned a Chevy or a Tundra so I have no idea how they solved it.

I had something very similar on a ram 1500. I did not leave it on there long. On the ram the cable, connecting the tailgate to the bed was in the way, so it was slightly dangerous, but beyond that it just rattled and was more of a pain in the ass being on the tailgate on the times where I didn’t...

Installing now in both the CT and my wife’s Model 3. Given that we both got the update the same day I assume there isn’t anything CT specific and probably an interface bug fix or something along those lines.

Hmm, now that you mention it, it has been working. It was crazy to me after being away from Tesla for a year that the “Error loading music” or whatever it said still existed as it seems like a simple yet annoying bug given all you had to do was press the play button to get it working again.

Lane changes seem a little faster with the newest update for me. I was on the one just before this one and did a road trip from Phoenix to Cali and back and it rode the line and did extremely slow lane changes. I did notice it would hug the white dotted line but then scoot over a little bit...
