For me it all comes down to the Supercharger network. Rivian could come out with an exact replica of the Cybertruck(which I prefer), but if I’m not sure I’ll be able to take it on long trips it’s useless. Non Tesla charging networks aren’t there yet.

It makes sense now that both the Model S and X are both listed as Plaid once you go to Trimotor.

The current Model S Plaid has a 0-60 of 1.99 vs <2.9 for the tri motor Cybertruck. They may offer a Plaid version of the Cybertruck, but the tri motor will be fast enough for me.

I ordered the trI motor, so not going to wait. With the Tesla stock I purchased in 2017, it’s like Tesla is buying it for me. Although I don’t really plan on selling the Tesla stock anytime soon.

Sorry you have to wait longer, but I'm sure like all of the other models later will be better. Any updates to the cybertruck will make it to your model.
