I would let them off the hook with store credit if they agreed to convert my 1 time use $2500 voucher to store credit and add another $300 for the wheel covers.
Got the truck back today. It was indeed the Rear Body Control Module (BCM) causing the truck to throw these codes. They removed and replaced with a new one. Glad they had it in stock.
While the truck was there they did the wiper motor recall but damaged the cover that sits flush with the front...
Truck has been at the service center for a week now. It appears that I am getting a new body control module. Information through the app has been somewhat cryptic so I am heading up there tomorrow to have some face to face conversations.
I bought a set just to have extras even though I donāt have the set that is owed to me.
At this point, another $300 is just the cost of doing business with these fools. Shame on meā¦

What is even crazier is the Tesla PowerShare website only talks about the voucher for a 1 time use but thatās obviously not what they are doing right now. It keeps us voucher folks at bay not allowing us to point to official text or clauses on their website about the change. So shady!
Ok I have some similarities to you with my experience. I am in DFW. I took delivery in March. I too was assigned a project manager for PowerShare but after frustration I opted for the $2500 and was sent the voucher on 7/17.

I was just in the Dallas store. The sales manager looked me dead in the face and told me store credits being added to cybertruck purchaserās Tesla accounts were not true. Tesla is only issuing one time use vouchers.
He even claimed that when he went to the back, he was calling the energy team...
