I was regularly getting updates 2 to 3 days after each release. However, after 20.9 updates to my truck have come to a halt. Anyone else experiencing this?

That is wild. Early on I would leave the service center before confirming fixes. Now I confirm everything with the tech that worked on the truck before I leave. You would be surprised how many times they have had to take the truck back in to fix something they claimed was done.
