Buy and hold. It's volatile and like everything else will be affected by the macro environment. That said, there are many long term possibilities, any of which could cause a large upward move. FSD, Optimus, next gen lower priced model, various licensing agreements, etc.
Interesting. I wonder if a lesser version of this technology could be rolled out to some earlier vehicles via a software update? Not that my Model Y is particularly noisy, but less noise is better.
That's what I was wondering. After seeing the Cyberbeast on the list, looked for the Model S. Absent. Maybe Tesla is considering hefty Cybertruck/beast price drops sometime in 2024?
On the other hand probably the most time consuming process is paint. The Cybertruck has no external paint to layer and dry. It's also modular in design and has huge 1 piece castings that facilitate assembly. When production is ramped up it may actually be easier to assemble than the Model Y.
In general small rim size with higher profile tires provide greater range, better ride, less chance of wheel damage and better traction in winter. Larger rim size with lower profile tires provide a bit better traction in extreme turns on dry pavement and some people "think they look better"...
Electrons are VERY heavy so keep that charge low. My Model Y also gets heavier with each software update. ;-)
BTW, to add to the other commenters: software options (though heavy) do not add to the price consideration for the federal rebate.

Agree. I live in mid Minnesota, lots of gravel and rough roads here. So far not a problem for my Model Y with 19" wheels or even for my neighbor's Model 3 with 18" wheels. What would be a problem is something like that Silverado pictured above, due to wheel and tire damage. Give me longer...
Totally agree. My 75lb Border Collie lives in the back seat of the Model Y via a dog seat cover/hammock and loosely belted in. She sleeps whenever the car is idle but has to watch through the window whenever the car is in motion (could be a statement about my driving). If there's a 3rd...
