Funny, the EPC says “hv related” but they argue its not part of the hv system, but the MV system, and therefore not covered by the 150k/8 year hv batter/drive train warranty.

You pick which service center you use. I would definitely escalate your concerns to the manager of the service center. Document everything and choose another service center.
