Wow, I had no idea that was a possibility. My order was placed Dec 16th 2023 and have RN112750818. I've been waiting and wondering when Council Bluffs would deliver one. I sent a text as well, lets see if this works out and they switch mine to KC as well.

Yup that is what it looks like for me in Nebraska. I was quoted $4740 for the gateway and charger install both with very short runs as the main panel and outside are next to the garage location where I want the charger. If I go w/ just the EV charger then they want $1140. Both seem very high...

I'd love to hear more details around this. I was quoted $4740 earlier this week for a powershare install. The wall charger is literally next to the breaker box and only 10 feet from the outside connection. However I feel like because I'm in Nebraska I'm at the mercy of the only certified...

That actually seems like a deal compared to what I was just quoted from an installer today. My electrical panel is in my basement but it is right next to the garage. About 10 feet to where the charger would be mounted in the garage. The outside service is also right next to the garage so again...

Don't own a tesla yet, but I've heard that "camp mode" or "car wash mode" will keep the music playing? Also apparently you can close the door to the first click, but not all the way, then turn the music back up. However maybe that is only for the Tesla "cars" and not CT? Here is a link:

Wow that is a pretty crazy story, did you get pictures and really document the car and intersection etc... You'll want those for the future, but folks on here would likely want to see the damage as well.

Wow that is the highest I've heard reported so far. I wonder if the low voltage - 48v issues we have seen in other posts with the errors popping up and the vehicle becoming undriveable is also somehow contributing to the extra battery drain per day?

You'll probably be getting yours ahead of me... got a RN1127478##, placed within seconds of it opening. Configured and ordered on December 16th 2023, but unfortunately the geographic rollout (I'm in Nebraska) is keeping it out of my hands! lol I guess the midwest isn't ready for the CT! lol...

Yeah same, I had one Foundation on order and another reserved, must be a temporary bug.

I was thinking you just put it on the giant dash (maybe over on the passenger side to avoid the glare). It probably wouldn't be all that visible, but at least it would be there if a cop pulled you over and maybe you'd get away with a warning if you tell them you were not sure how to mount it yet...
