I didn’t update my delivery in that thread but for me it was 12/28 configured, VIN received 5/17, delivery was 6/4 Cyberbeast at Paramus, NJ so they are happening and I was just at Paramus today and there was at least 4 trucks there waiting for delivery
Ah well if it makes you feel any better the car was delivered without both the rear rocker fairings and they still haven’t gotten them in yet. Kind of wild for a 120k car to be delivered without two major pieces of the exterior which they didn’t even notice were missing till I pointed it out.
That’s probably because they’ve been delivering trucks without them and likely need to prioritize the supply to those ones first. They tell me my truck isn’t the first that was delivered without them

You should be more than fine everywhere in the US if you cover it. If it doesn’t come with one, I have no doubts there will be an aftermarket cover/flap you will be able to buy for it. The laws say it’s ok to have one installed as long as it’s covered. What you quoted only applies to uncovered...
