Thanks to scottf200 also. I didn't realize that when trailer mode was on, it doesn't make speed adjustments to height. That's nice to know.

Basing this off of towing in a mountainous area with a new trailer and no history in such conditions with the truck. After several legs, would decrease reserve prob to 10%. I always like to error on the side of caution, but that's just me.

Agreed, but looking for a simple fall back worst case scenario option. Especially if I have to travel to a far off state to pick up up said much heavier trailer. Don't want to be stuck because chargers were to far apart (knowing that the range will suck ass --> technical term there).
