  1. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

I have full appreciation for how hard it is (both software and hardware) which is why I’m pessimistic they’re going to deliver on this ‘micro factories’ approach.
  2. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

It’s Tesla (Elon, really) with the “over the top rhetoric” and you know it. And so does everyone else. I put my money where my mouth is, and Tesla should too. Until they actually provide HW3 cars with these upgrades, everyone should remain skeptical.
  3. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

By the time Tesla has dragged their feet even more on this (3 more years?) there won’t be that many HW3 owners with FSD that still care and/or haven’t moved onto a AI4 car. If you really want/care about FSD that much, you’ll have moved on by then, so “public backlash” will just be a weekend...
  4. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

I forget Verge has a paywall for some articles, this is better anyways:
  5. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

I ran out of optimism for HW3 about a year ago. Let’s not forget summer 2024 when Elon said AI5 would be in all Tesla cars by the end of 2025. And now in early 2026, AI5 isn’t going in cars, until Tesla can no longer physically produce AI4, which could mean 10 years (yes, I’m sure AI4.1 that he...
  6. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

Tesla has also “expressly stated” that HW3 could achieve unsupervised FSD https://www.notateslaapp.com/news/2320/tesla-confirms-hardware-3-is-robotaxi-ready I guarantee they will drag their feet on this and make it so customer-unfriendly that it won’t come to fruition in any meaningful way...
  7. It’s official: HW3 will not be able to achieve unsupervised FSD.

Plenty of sources but this is verbatim: https://www.theverge.com/transportation/917167/elon-musk-tesla-hw3-fsd You can tell by the tone of his voice that these 'micro factories' to do the retrofits are simply something that popped into his head. There's not a real plan or timing for any of this...
  8. Range issue fixed?

This sounds like a terrible idea. No thanks.
  9. A Discrete Permanent Garage Door Remote install DIY

The most logical reasoning I’ve heard is that all Homelink modules are 12V/16V and of course the CT needs 48V so it was probably a $$ ROI decision.
  10. Cybertruck Cargo Vault Divider Battle!

If you're goal is really to help out the community, you could be more explicit with your review title or conclusion, i.e. "Teslovix bed divider beats discontinued OEM Tesla divider but TBD on the version you can buy now". We have to assume you're getting affiliate commission from your Teslovix...
  11. Cybertruck Cargo Vault Divider Battle!

Tesla no longer sells the version of the divider you're reviewing/comparing to the aftermarket version. So the real value and engagement would be to compare head-to-head against the current Tesla version that has removable feet, and as such accommodates the height of bed liners.
  12. CYBERBRITE--Cybertruck De-staining and Passivation Solution (REDUCED INTRODUCTION PRICE $23.95)

Going to post my review of Cyberbrite in this thread instead of creating a new one :) More than two months ago (before I even picked up my CT), I contacted Gary/Cyberbrite regarding an offer of a sample. Gary arranged for me to receive a sample at no charge, and no expectations. I was not...
  13. Has anyone RECEIVED a 2026 Cybertruck?

I think they just build/release them in batches. My truck was built <6 weeks ago.
  14. CPS Cybertruck loaners

It's all over the map at my service centers. I've taken my S Plaid in for service and gotten a Cyberbeast loaner (via request). But when I actually took my CT in for service, they had zero loaners available and I got a $100/day Uber credit instead.
  15. 2026 Spring Software Update has arrived - New Features:

Agreed. I'm getting comfortable enough that I could see myself using it to 'come get me', even several miles away. Not that we have a line-of-sight to such feature, but we're getting close from a capability standpoint. And I've been using FSD since 2021.
  16. Xpel Armor installed on front bumper

Looks good. I just did the top of the tailgate, and the tailgate surface itself. Kinda crazy how easy it is to install (with some patience, of course!) and how nice it turns out. Time will tell if it holds up, but assuming it lasts 3+ years, it is definitely a nice mod.
  17. Any important advantages of 2026 CT vs. Foundation Series (should I update)?

My ‘26 AWD is very quiet. Much better than my ‘20 and ‘23 Model 3s and maybe quieter than my ‘24 S.
