Thanks I've tried clipping it back in a dozen times and made sure it's all lined up. The second problem is the sun visors magnetically clip to it so when I go to pull them off it rips the overhear gear shift with them. It's definitely not clipping in correctly. I'll keep trying!
Of course day 1 of picking up the CT the overhead gear selector falls off. I can put it back up but the two pressure trim clips are too weak to keep it in place during acceleration or over big bumps.
Does anyone know a solution for this or how tesla has been fixing this? They can't get my...
That's horrible. I wish Tesla started actually caring about their customers. It's no wonder their sales started flatlining in a world where other manufacturers provide customer service.
More like convert my foundation series to a regular production CT and wait a little bit longer. I don't mind the wait at this point and it's very obviously this truck was not ready for prime time. Not sure I want to be a beta test dummy without any autopilot or FSD for who knows how long. I...
Everything about our orders is very similar but I got a 61** vin. Kind of surprised it's so far apart I ordered on 1/18. Tampa seems to be ahead of the curve with delivery times.
1) The first 5 digits of your RN# 112840
2) The date you configured your truck: 01/18/2024
3) The date you received your VIN assignment: 4/10/2024
4) The number range of your VIN: 0061**
5) The Date you will take delivery: N/A yet
6) Tampa
I have no connections, this seems early to be filling...
My heart goes out to this owner. Saw this on a flatbed this afternoon. Looks like a front quarter collision. The CT did well but the damage to the battery pack makes me feel like this one is a goner. Hopefully I'm wrong.

My quote came back around $3400 in Florida. My setup is as simple as it gets. I dont think it’s worth it. You can much more cheaply set up the charger to back feed your house. Not automatic and not as much power but waaaaay cheaper and will do in a pinch if I lose power.
These people bidding and paying more are at the end of the reservation list or don’t have a reservation and don’t want to wait years for Tesla to make hundreds of thousands of these. My Cybertruck should be here in a month so there’s no reason for anyone like me to bid on this.
it sounds like...
You hit the nail on the head here. Tesla obligated itself to virtually nothing but at some point and at some price releasing a cybertruck. And they have fulfilled that obligation.
You must not understand how the law works in this country. This wouldn't ever happen due to the vague language Tesla's team of attorneys smartly worded the deposit contract with. There's no basis to sue on. But what do I know, I'm only a litigation attorney!
