I had a FS AWD VIN 22k and now a FS CB VIN 35k after trading in the AWD.
I didn’t have any critical issues on the 22k one, besides some interior scuffs probably due to new factory lines and the workers still training. But that’s always the reality, new people come in and learn and help put...
I recently went in to check on why there’s squeaky sounds coming from my Core Wheel covers. Basically the metal clasp and the even the plastic was rubbing on the rims like you see on yours.
All they had to do was wrap the connection points with some electrical fabric tape and it was all good...
Just wondering how strong the mounting points are. I noticed in the install video there is only a single bolt at each pillar?
Also what is the height and width of the crossbar?
The rack shower is 43” across. Should fit the bottom of the bed which is 48”.
I was going to place it on top of a bed shelf, which is about the same height as the L tracks. At the height I think you get a few more inches of space.
Yeah but the sloshing would drive me mad. =(
But that being said, I think the Rinse Kit Rack Shower would be what you want.
I have one and was thinking about where to mount it.
I ended up attaching it to my roof rack, but that corner space would fit it perfectly, but you would always have to...
I think we also need to give consideration to what Lars said about keeping charging time down. Whether that means light vehicles, smaller battery pack, or better efficiency. For the CT, it already takes ~30 minutes to charge at a supercharger from 20 to 60/70%
So I don’t think we will be seeing...
- check the trim and lining in the interior. You might see uneven things or cuts.
- check the last exposed part of the tonneau when the tonneau is fully closed. You may see holes, which you should ask if they can add another slab in there to prevent water leakage.
- check frunk alignment/gaps...
Looks like Mars AG read your mind. They recently started selling the brackets we would install onto the mounting points of the CT. Check this out - https://marsag.co/collections/parts-accessories/products/accessory-port-adapter-cybertruck-1
Here's also the instructions for how the awning was...
It doesn’t need to mount to those 3090 crossbars nor do you need the expedition rack to make this work on your CT.
As you can see in the L Brackets, there are several slots that you can use to bolt down the awning. You could find a different L bracket if this one doesn’t work for your setup...
It has L Bracket Mounts. If you have 3090 crossbars like the ones that come with the Mars AG Expedition roof rack, you would connect the awning to those.
I wanted a 270 awning so I got the iKamper one and didn’t want to let this collect dust in my garage and let it go to waste.
