Just wondering how strong the mounting points are. I noticed in the install video there is only a single bolt at each pillar? Also what is the height and width of the crossbar?

The rack shower is 43” across. Should fit the bottom of the bed which is 48”. I was going to place it on top of a bed shelf, which is about the same height as the L tracks. At the height I think you get a few more inches of space.

It doesn’t need to mount to those 3090 crossbars nor do you need the expedition rack to make this work on your CT. As you can see in the L Brackets, there are several slots that you can use to bolt down the awning. You could find a different L bracket if this one doesn’t work for your setup...

It has L Bracket Mounts. If you have 3090 crossbars like the ones that come with the Mars AG Expedition roof rack, you would connect the awning to those. I wanted a 270 awning so I got the iKamper one and didn’t want to let this collect dust in my garage and let it go to waste.
