How long have you been trying out the the Adam’s brilliant glaze setup up? Still haze/fog free?
I tried it about a week ago and it’s already starting to haze up again. But I only used it on the portion of the windshield where the FSD array is. Maybe I need to try the entire windshield? 🤔
With my Cybertruck, whenever FSD is engaged, auto wipers is also engaged. Then when FSD is turned off, the auto wipers return back to the off setting. It does let you turn it back off after FSD is engaged manually, but if you forget, like I often do.. It will likely dry wipe at some point of...
It should be noted that a lot of the service side error codes that generate are not legit errors. Some of them are software bugs causing false alerts, etc. Typically the serious/legit ones make it to the consumer side alerts.
I had an appointment at my service center a while back for service...
My foundation series with free supercharging has had the whistling morse code sound since day one (Vin# 37k). The beast loaner I had for a couple weeks that was slightly newer than my foundation also had it I believe.
Edit: Just realized the whistling sound isn't the sound people are...
I also got a new cyberbeast a few months ago as a loaner. My service center said they got like eight of them recently because they were just sitting in local lots for over a year collecting dust.
Yikes... I use FSD for nearly 90 percent of my driving and drive around 900 miles a week.. And it hasn't ever hit anything other than a couple potholes. If i had a situation where it hit the median, I'd probably be scared away from using it for a long time.
Are you able to hear it from the outside when its driving to confirm?
If you are not entirely sure where its coming from, when your going over the bumps that cause it to rattle, gently rest your foot under the brake pedal and see if the rattle goes away.
I mean we still haven’t gotten ASS… Heck we can’t even get B-pillar sentry camera recording like all the other HW4 and most HW3 Tesla’s have.. So I wasn’t really expecting FSD 14 anytime soon. I got a feeling we’re looking at a Q1 next year scenario. But I’d love to be wrong.
I use FSD for at least 600-700 miles of driving per week, with most of those miles being on highways and freeways.
For my founders AWD, I can say the only of your issues I've had a couple times is FSD waiting until last minute to try and switch on ramps, but doesn't get there in time so the...
From the Tesla service manual, it looks like the back of the overhead console is mounted to the glass with glue. Here in the manual it shows the window replacement, and they showed the overhead display being removed from the original window and then applied to the new one.
I think your service...
I might consider another repair center.. This one sounds a little sketchy.
I got rear ended three months or so ago. It wasn't as bad as yours, but it was a pretty good hit. She hit me probably doing around 45-55 mph and no brakes were applied.
I took my truck to the Tesla Collison center here...
