Check your door panel lighting - mine developed cracks everywhere!!

Hate to book another service appointment but ..... hairline cracks everywhere on the door panel lighting strip. Both sides have this. SMH. There was a heat wave in NorCal recently but the temp barely touched 95.... as an engineer who worked on reliability testing I know that's nothing for...

Received the dreaded “Critical issue detected” message…

They ordered my parts on May 2 and apparently the parts have not arrived yet... ETC is June 10 for me. Super frustrating - it feels like Tesla is a company that doesn't care about its owners that much. Once you're out of door problem is yours.

Love Tesla, but....... CT in service for over one month

I'm in a similar situation .... honestly so disappointed that this is the type of service you get on a 120k truck. I understand addressing issues takes time, but at least be transparent and communicate with owners.

Cybertruck service experience - over $2000 in towing and 4 weeks of waiting, still in Tesla San Jose Collision Center

Although I really hope I never need to visit SC again, it's kinda inevitable as a Tesla owner imo. Something will come up again for sure. I learned my lesson now to stay away from the major ones ..... seems like Dublin and Berkeley are the ones I will try next time!

Cybertruck service experience - over $2000 in towing and 4 weeks of waiting, still in Tesla San Jose Collision Center

Yeah I was super surprised and almost didn't know what to say when the SF Service Center told me "Sorry we cannot take your truck, we don't even have a parking spot here and you have to tow it away today" Wish I had a recording of it but oh well, I wasn't expecting to be in this kinda situation...

Cybertruck service experience - over $2000 in towing and 4 weeks of waiting, still in Tesla San Jose Collision Center

I unfortunately was hit by a DUI driver going in the wrong lane on April. 25 - while the truck only suffer minor exterior damage and still in drivable condition (damaged side mirror, no body damage at all), the steering rod was unfortunately bent. (see pictures attached) On a normal truck...

First bent tie rod on Cybertruck? Hit by DUI driver

That’s 100% correct. I was shocked too. The apartment valet also called the police but was told the same “unless someone’s injured we cannot come. Please file a report at the nearest police station and I can give you the address”. We all know what “filing a report” means. It’s sad as a resident...

First bent tie rod on Cybertruck? Hit by DUI driver

Pains me to post this but we were involved in an accident right in front our apartment garage last night. A drunk driver driving in the wrong direction and side swiped us as we were turning into the apartment garage. The Cybertruck lost its side mirror, and suffered minor wheel fender damage...

Cybertruck vs. the New Defender on a mud trail (one was stuck)

So I took my Cybertruck on a very light trail in NorCal with a couple of my buddies. The trail is usually pretty easy on a dry day but it just rained heavily the night before which made is super slippery and muddy. One section of the trail was particularly bad (Deep soft mud, uphill, people...

CT unable to charge right after delivery and service is clueless too

Hey Crissa, no, they threw a fault. I had to use portable battery when camping this weekend and got laughed at hard by friends since the AC works perfectly on their gas powered truck lol

CT unable to charge right after delivery and service is clueless too

Actually, I just tried - all AC ports don’t work anymore (funny because I’ve never tried them until now). They won’t be activated and displayed an error on screen. Something seriously wrong with the AC system of the car.
