The dash is Alcantara.. so how will you apply a ceramic coating there? Are you talking about the white/tactical grey trim to apply this to? I would be very much interested in knowing your results as I am thinking about some kind of protection for the white trim in my Cybebeast.
The AWD comes with S rated tires because the top speed is 112 mph. That is a less sticker compound. My gripe is the H speed rated tires developed specifically for the truck... that is shitty milage.
o_Oo_Oo_O
At 6251 miles the H speed rated tire on the Cyberbeast is down to 5/32 and 4/32 with irregular degradation.
Got my Cyberbeast on June 25th. Truck has always been driven ONLY on streets and highways. Never taken off road. Never hit top speed of 132 mph. Yes did experience the beast...
Yeah.
Now here is the cool thing. Power will be completely out on 8/27 and I have a Freezer full of meat and refrigerator full of stuff... so how do I power those during that time to prevent things from going bad?
The Cybertruck of course. Will run some extension cords from the truck bed...
Installer told me, Xcel is not giving anyone any information. So Its $600 out of pocket! Not that bad of a deal. Install is on Tuesday and Wednesday. Here we go... maybe I can get $500 installation credit from Xcel as they have credits for EV chargers.
So for us Beast owners who have had the third party quote from Qmerit and accept will not receive the 2.5k voucher? The equipment is directly sent to installer? And Qmerit coordinates shipment to installer?
Correcto Mundo
Correct. That's what the installer told me as well that the install will be expensive because of the light loads backup panel. I told them, how about you do this as a whole house install and when Xcel approves the component, it will be operational? I am in no rush for it to be operational now...
2/13 - Configured Cyberbeast
6/25 - Purchased Cyberbeast
Radio Silence on Powershare install from TESLA. I chatted with delivery center who referred me to QMerit and asked me to complete their online form. Also they said they would have someone from powershare team reach out to me re $2500...
I have the Cyberbeast. Today electrician assigned by QMerit came over for site survey and told me that Xcel energy my provider has not approved the components necessary for a whole house backup and so if they install the system as a whole house backup, it will not be operational till Xcel...
Hey Cyberruck owners,
I'm sure you all got along with the truck that pouch that had all the mobile charging adapters, chords, plugs. The one that was in the bed storage area. Have you just left it there OR is there a better spot for it inside the truck?
