Ford/GM/Superchargers... the ELEPHANT in the room......

There aren't that many Bolts out there, the batteries are small, and they've been discontinued, so I don't worry that much about them. A Lightening with a large battery will probably take as long to charge. Yep, adding other vehicles will be a bit of a pain until the number of chargers becomes...

A Leaked Tesla Report Shows the Cybertruck Had Basic Design Flaws

Sandy Munro speaks his mind, and hasn't been at all shy about criticizing poor manufacturing when Tesla was guilty of substandard quality in the past.

Any other pickups considered before reserving your CT?

Rivian's R1-T, not at all interested in any ICE vehicle.

What concept cars would you skip CT for?

Not one of them has the features I expect and want from the Cybertruck...rust and dent resistant stainless steel, cargo hauling capable, with Tesla charging and the potential for FSD.

    Ready, so ready

Ah, I've been adding P.S. fluid to my on a fairly regular basis, and the AC has quit, otherwise working okay. Fingers crossed...

    Ready, so ready

Reserved a tri-motor during the unveiling, and hoping the Ford PU I bought new in 1997 will hang on another year while Cybertruck production ramps up.

    Tesla leak reveals data breaches

How would your daughter be entrusted to these systems? Wouldn't think training FSD was appropriate for inexperienced drivers.

What is the likelihood that the first CT deliveries will be the Tri-CT with FSD option enabled?

In addition to that Tesla is going to want the first addition to smoke the Rivian, so a tri-motor is going to be necessary.

    Cybertruck bed width...?

I was hoping the tri motor drivetrain will have the disconnect feature of the Semi, which would add to the range.

John from Cleanerwatt - "The initial pricing of the CyberTruck will be $90,000 - $120,000"

Pretty sure Tesla will want to one up the Rivian and the Lightning with the first CT, and a dual motor 300 mile CT won't come close to filling that bill.

John from Cleanerwatt - "The initial pricing of the CyberTruck will be $90,000 - $120,000"

To be sure. Just not expecting legacy manufacturers already in debt to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars to be pricing Tesla's CT out of the market.

John from Cleanerwatt - "The initial pricing of the CyberTruck will be $90,000 - $120,000"

I sincerely hope you are correct. That would be awesome and fair, but I'd be really surprised if the three motor CT started below 80K.

John from Cleanerwatt - "The initial pricing of the CyberTruck will be $90,000 - $120,000"

Ford doesn't like losing money either, and judging by Ford's own numbers it's going to be quite a while before a palatably priced Lightning will be profitable.

John from Cleanerwatt - "The initial pricing of the CyberTruck will be $90,000 - $120,000"

Very true, but the mission is to transition to sustainable energy, and all those millions of ICE pickups are some of the worst gas guzzling polluters out there.
