Mine is in service for that and a few small things now. Especially notable when it’s cold. The key thing is you’re not dropping the window a few millimeters. Go outside and look it drops more like 3/4 of an inch.
Tell me about your experience? Did a somewhat deep dive in the rabbit hole a few months back. How awesome would it be to roll into a car show with a cyber truck towing your DeLorean?
They’re not all that expensive. I’m just out of garage space.
I understand but there are things I do miss not having it:
-FindMy to see where family are
-Waze with location of police
-Sirius/XM
-Pandora
- A Better Route Planner
Best of luck. My wife hates every version of FSD. Not an early adopter. Also doesn't like stopping for any reason no matter the length of the drive. For me stopping to charge is NBD. Version 4 superchargers this weekend were at 123 Kw, nowhere near 325. Can't wait for real version 4 speeds...
Short test this morning on my 3 mile drive to work. For whatever reason the truck got my work address completely wrong. First time for this. Weird. Otherwise very smooth!
Downloading it now. Not an influencer, etc. Located in Ohio. I do use FSD quite a bit so having the ability to quantify this use will be nice.
Drive to work in the morning will be telling. The super annoying jerkiness / hesitation that I didn't have in 13.2.9 but was ubiquitous in 14.1.7...
13 had its issues but the stuttering and indecision to change lanes or to go is annoying. Awareness of curbs and better parking lot manners is a dramatic improvement. Overall intelligence better but the stuttering has to go.
