  1. Cybertruck’s real-time adaptive suspension features get closer with new air suspension settings update

I'm pretty sure I've already seen many articles where it was talked about having many different height settings depending on situation. IIRC, the current Tesla's already ride lower for certain drive modes. I am without doubt that the CT will have different ride heights while driving.
  2. Lucid Air EV Has a Projected 517 Miles of Range, and We Saw 458 Miles on a Real-World Ride-Along

I think it is exciting that another EV looks to be getting great specs. The tech is what is keeping Tesla out front and others getting good specs only helps push the envelope. It will only push Tesla and other manufacturers to do even better. Like the article said, the real winner is the...
  3. Cybertruck’s real-time adaptive suspension features get closer with new air suspension settings update

I'm eagerly anticipating the possibility of lowering the height and driving around like a sports car most days, but then at the touch of the screen, having a tow suspension set up and yet another touch of the screen, off-road setup, and then also custom for when I tow offroad or do other...
  4. Cybertruck’s real-time adaptive suspension features get closer with new air suspension settings update

What assertion pointing at CT failure are you referring to? I’m curious and would like to see the context.
  5. Tesla Range Question

When did the TriMotor CT get a 600 mile range estimate?
  6. Cybertruck vs Hummer EV

OK. Well then if they don't offer cooled seats I guess I'll be using the option where you don't let the interior get past a certain temperature. Cooled seats is a must IMO if the vehicle sits out in the sun and you want it to cool down quick enough to be tolerable in states as warm as Texas...
  7. Cybertruck vs Hummer EV

I have a buddy that wants the New Bronco. The higher end versions for 4 door start at $51k and then you have to upgrade to get 360 cameras, electric seat adjust, decent speaker system, leather seats, adaptive cruise, ventilated seats and wireless charging. That's a lot of upgrades...probably...
  8. 2024 total eclipse @giga Austin?

I'll be watching the eclipse from my upstairs terrace for sure. I live in SW of Austin so I'm in the total eclipse zone.
  9. Cybertruck Vs. New Bronco

I think Ford knocked it out of the park appealing to a crowd that likes the idea of a Jeep but wants something different. The Bronco is basically a Jeep under a different name but with more power and more modern conveniences inside from what I could tell. It's styling, besides being...
  10. 5 inch clearance

With today’s back up cameras it is super easy to get within two inches of the back wall every time without ever hitting it. And it doesn’t take long. They are designed to give a great view of the trailer hitch and precision backing up and getting the ball directly under the coupler in one try.
  11. 5 inch clearance

I have a large garage but a huge truck. I can park my truck (reverse in of course) and despite the tight fit it’s not an issue. Iā€˜m sure the fsd features will be able to park in a tight space. It will probably take it longer than doing it yourself but I’m sure the CT could do it. If you haven’t...
  12. CyberTruck vs Rivian on Battery Tech?

The Rivian is a nice truck. I equate the R1T to a Tacoma. It appears to be a very capable light pickup that can haul and tow some, but it’s main purpose in life is adventuring travel. The CT is akin to a Raptor but with 3/4 ton truck work capabilities. If I didn’t need to tow long distance and...
  13. F150 Powerboost Hybrid

that is a terrible center console layout. The shifter looks so bad it's like something out of 1980.
  14. What Can A Cybertruck NOT Do?

If your preorder number is before mine you can park in my garage until my order comes in :devilish:
  15. Tesla Austin Cybertruck Factory Presentation Reveals 5,000 Jobs and 20 Years of Rebates

If the gig/terra factory is in Austin I will be able to pick it up at the factory when my order is done. It’s only 45 minutes from me.
  16. Cybertruck wishlist - options or ideas you'd like to see available?

Maybe Tesla starts doing facial recognition by then but keeping that little credit card style fob in your swimsuit is super easy and secure. I’ve kept my ID and cc in my Velcro pocket in my swimsuit while wakeboard for years and never lost them. And I’ve had some serious crashes wakeboarding.
  17. The Cybertruck is NOT a "Pickup Truck". So what is it?

I agree for the single and dual motors. The trimotor is more on par with the 3/4 ton single axle trucks. I will be swapping my 2017 Ram 2500 that I am completely happy with for a trimotor Cybertruck if the towing range is sufficient for my needs.
  18. Bed Lining

I think they are grooves to house rubber or plastic ridges. I've looked at the pics quite a bit and sometimes it looks like a shadow from a groove, but most times it looks like an actual protrusion or bump, which would indicate there is an insert there. It makes sense they would be an insert...
