    Starlink: The Ultimate Mount Solution!

I’ve got two fixed based Residential Plans as we are Off Grid. The mini has its own plan. One additional use case for having a Fixed base Residential and/or at least a Mini is for emergency backup Communication. We lost our home in the Woolsey Fire and have been living off grid on the property...

    Starlink: The Ultimate Mount Solution!

Just FYI- If you have one of the Larger fixed Starlinks on a Residential Plan they are ā€œgiving awayā€ free Mini’s . You just need to keep at minimum a Monthly Standby Plan on the Mini @ $5/ month.

    Starlink: The Ultimate Mount Solution!

Yeah, I’ve got the Darkest Xpel tint I could on all the windows to mitigate the heat in SoCal. Starlink works no problem through it.

Tire Blowout - Safety Benefit of Tri-Motor vs Dual Motor

I’m the opposite, when I hand drive it’s always in Beast mode because that’s the reason I bought it. Makes driving fun again. When I’m on the Highway, I’m always using FSD, so I guess I’m in Chill Mode. Doesn’t it step down into chill mode automatically in FSD? I’ll have to check today.

Can you run Starlink mini on the 48v power feed?

I used to have a Urander Rack on top and could have still probably run the Mini in the interior configuration aimed between the slats on the roof but I would run it on the dash like you have it. When I finally got my Teslas Light Bar installed, I opted to remove the Rack and go back to a more...

Can you run Starlink mini on the 48v power feed?

Same I don’t understand why people want to overcomplicate things and expose their Starlink to damage and theft and wind resistance. Here’s my setup to the roof glass an plugged into the USB C in the back.

*** New Product *** Unplugged Performance CYBRSHOCKS

The one additional benefit I see for the UP CybrShock is that it could prevent the Air Suspension from complete collapse in the event the air bladder is punctured. This was and is a problem on the Range Rover and would render the Range Rover undriveable. This is why I converted my L322 Range...

*** New Product *** Unplugged Performance CYBRSHOCKS

Amazing! Just saw this on Instagram! Going to Pre Order! I agree. Seems like the shock is some type of Chinese no brand. I could understand if they reached out to King Off Road and used their shocks.I’ve got 3ā€ King Coil Overs on a Long Travel Kibbetech Suspension on our Suburban and that...

    Starlink: The Ultimate Mount Solution!

I’ve got a simple battery bank with a USB C Adapter I use if I’m totally off grid in the back country. If I’m at a Dupercharger there’s typically Cell or WiFi coverage there anyway.

    Starlink: The Ultimate Mount Solution!

Why all the extra work when the Starlink operates fine on the dash or under the roof glass where it’s protected from the elements, damage and theft?

Halloween is in the Air - and the Beast is the best way to show it.

Has anyone got a good Halloween sound file that we could play on a loop over the megaphone ?

I think it would be cool if you could add some wolves howling in the background too. I’ve been looking for some type of sound file to play on a loop in the background over the megaphone in the Toy Box.

Got the idea from Mickey67tang on this forum. I just added the remote controlled lift table so I could raise when parked and stow it when driving...

Thanks man. I wanted it to sit right at the edge of the tailgate like yours but I had to push it about midway back in the bed so that the tonneau clears. Works out, because I still have full access to the smugglers bay.
