Southern California is fine for 110 charging on the CT. It doesn't work out when it's single digit degrees or lower. Spends too much energy trying to warm up the pack. One of the recent updates just stops charging if it's too cold and it's not making any SOC progress on 110 now.

It's available in the latest release and there are thread(s) here on it. Bottom line for me was that it requires a very narrow set of things to calibrate while driving and when it's done I couldn't tell the difference.
