Same problem. I have not had the problem with Spotify but I'm experiencing the Playback Error on YouTube Music when playing podcasts. Appears to be random.

I received mine as well but not until I accepted the quote from the installer. For me, I would never do this myself. I don't have the ability. And, unless you're already very comfortable with this type of project, I would recommend at least getting a quote. Mine was pretty reasonable.

Amazing timing. I just ordered off Amazon 5 mins ago. Will try it soon. My Xpress Interior has worked fine since it works on vinyl but I've heard others suggest Optimum No Rinse so I'm gonna give it a shot. The description even says it's safe on wraps.

You could also try to raise the volume of the original clip. To do that, I recommend downloading the free software Audacity. The software is powerful so it can be intimidating. But if all you are doing is raising the volume level, there are short tutorials on YT like this one to walk you...
