Cool.
Thanks for sharing everyone. I was thinking I wouldnāt be the only one not wanting to spending $1000 on additional lights. (Even though I did.)
I love my ditch lights, but the top light bar is over kill for my situations so far.
Important to note, Tesla is strongly pushing to lower the cost of vehicles. Every Tesla owner or potential owner to keep that in mind before they purchase. āLower pricesā each few years models = high depreciation. Iāve always told that to people who ask me about my Teslas.
So, if you prefer to...
Basically, I was pointing out that every system has its limitations in adverse conditions.
With FSD based on vision alone, I would believe that some of the time in bad weather conditions, every Tesla vehicle would NOT be able to drive.
Vision alone can only go so far. Aka in ideal conditions. The reason why us humans slow down or donāt drive in certain conditions, ie blizzards or sand storms.
I canāt wrap my brain around why a manufacturer would choose only one sensing technology instead of a network of different types for...
I had a similar issue with my driver side only.
It took 2 visits to the service center before Tesla fixed it. (Not sure if they replaced the whole assembly or just the mirror adjustment apparatus.)
Update: Spoke In-person with the local shop, they said the CT basically wonāt STAY powered off. Itāll go to āsleepā and stay asleep until the user wakes it up/pings it within the app.
That works for me, as my experience with not driving the CT for a week or so while away for work - the drain of...
Is anyone able to actually POWER OFF their CT?
When I select power off, the screen goes black but then turns back on and the vehicle reacts as itās fully on. As in, I donāt believe the button works. (2024.45.32.15)
The same value as the āSignature Seriesā on the MS. Nothing. (But of us knew/know that going in.) Sorta like when you buy accessories from the manufacturer on a brand new vehicle. Adds nearly nothing on the trade in value when youāre done with the vehicle a few years down the road. Right?
If your CT isnāt your first Tesla, weāre all down $70k. Haha Iāve started a collection of Teslas so I donāt have to ārealizeā the loss in value. ???
I havenāt heard of one yet. Itās probably too niche of a product at this point. Your only simple options would probably be a junk yard or hub cap collector. There just arenāt enough Cats out there that could use an extra set. Right? Tesla is still sending them out and the primary reason youād...
