...the Foundation Series, if I don’t want it and want to wait ? Do I just not respond to the email? Or do I need to cancel it? I’m waiting for the AWD 80k that way I can use the tax credit. On the other hand I thought about getting it an TUROing it 3-5 times a month. What are your thoughts? Thanks
Sadly yes, I have indeed seen total losses. Blowing up a car in vegas isnt the only way to total a Turo rental! I'll definitely be looking at getting great insurance.
Cool request and doesn't hurt to ask. I agree though, turo might be your best bet. The CT makes a great road trip vehicle.
I hope you find something that works out though!
...include canceling trips, it would be simply not approving trips that I don't feel good about. I wouldn't allow instant booking (nor would I need to, there like 1 other CT on Turo in my area so I have no competition.)
And I agree Turo sucks, I wish there was a better option for car sharing.

2) however you do not have an opportunity to "approve" trips any longer, all trips are booked as soon as the guest requests the vehicle. The guest can cancel for free up to 24 hours in advance but the Host does not approve (it is...
Curious about the vetting process Turo does for renters. Is the renter financially equiped to handle this damage? Probably not. The owner is going to be paying for this, mark my words. Mark em!
Unlikely.
All you need to do is go on Turo and look at Cybertrucks in your area. Turo will show you the price and how many trips they have been rented for. The math will be pretty easy after that. You can get an idea of how much each Cybertruck has made. My guess is it will be well below your...
Yes I'm pretty angry and frustrated, first drivability issue I've encountered. I chalk it up to early adopter tax. Still love the truck, just angry I'm now out about $1,000 in lost Turo revenue
I found getting a chance to drive the AWD to be very enlightening. I would never trade my CB but I like the way it feels more refined. The Beast is raw and that’s what it should be. I guess I could take my CB out of beast mode and maybe that would tell me something/be more comparable to the AWD...
