Not legal advice but in CO as well and my understanding is the trunk / glove boxing equivalent count as locked...eg not accessible if the car window broken and not visible. I have the underset vault and have no concerns, nor would I behind a pin locked glove box.

Colorado here, I just take it to a touchless car wash after each snow/mag chl on the road...get's most of the crap off, looks reasonable and low effort. (sure as hell dont want to do the wash outside or garage stunt). Once spring comes around I'll give her a deep clean!

I did the Sport XL's eg 4"....looks like MRMeta (2nd Post) has the 3" ones....I went back and forth on which ones to get (think I drove CyberTruckCo a bit nuts with emails, lol)....the XL's are a bit tight to rotate up/down space wise and more $'s but bigger lights put out overall more light -...

Pretty Straight Forward, 2 butt connectors for wires from truck to step down converter, the rest is plug and play.

Finally warm enough to spend 2 hours outside doing the install. Kit's solid, wires a bit longer than I would have liked them but no big deal! One side of the Tesla was different alignment than the other around tow hook area so pain in ass to get the bracket installed (it's always something)...
