I got one of the cheap triangle pads on a pole from Amazon. The microfiber had loose microfiber lint that came off where the glass meets the cloth dash at the bottom. If you get a cheap Chinese one like I did, I'd suggest using some tape to clean off any loose microfiber material at the edge...
Another option could be to take delivery on another CT on the lot or nearby. If you do manage to swing that deal, verify the correct VIN is on all paperwork and in the app.
My CT is much slower than my MS getting going when at the front of the line and the light turns green. It also loves to cut the corner during left turns.
I would like the ability to turn off the 3D Visualization. It's just noise now. Would also like to automatically see the front and side camera video when parking rather than having to manually select and show cameras.
I'd get those damages fixed. They don't appear to be difficult. Here's the manual for adding a slat. Looks pretty straight forward. Probably very similar to replacing dented slats. https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybertruck/ServiceManual/en-us/GUID-A52C2B6C-55CE-40DF-84ED-2DBE6001B1D3.html
I provided three days of time and battery percentage at about 12 hr intervals. I also stated that the coolant pump was running 24/7. I could hear the pump quietly running near the front right wheel.
Truck went back in to SC for another week and problems were fixed. Now it sleeps and shows "Asleep for xxx' in the phone app. It looses less than 1% per day rather than 10% per day sitting in the garage. Coolant pump no longer runs 24/7. Problem with most speakers quit working hours after MV...
I was loosing 10% in 24hrs. The coolant pump was running 24/7. It is very quite pump you can hear running best near the front right tire. The phone app never showed "Asleep for ...." It took 2 appointments of about a week each to get the problem fixed. Last visit, the service center...
Perplexity lists a lot of things to check with VCFront that can cause a continuously running pump. Getting a software engineer looking at it would be best.
Looking at the service manual, I won't be leaving the mid voltage disconnected because:
Fully lower all door windows to avoid glass shatter and door lockout conditions.
Open the LH and RH rear doors, and then pass a shop towel halfway through each door striker to prevent the latch from securing.
So yours came that way from the factory? I just noticed it after I had service on the wiper arm done yesterday and was wondering if they forgot to put it back on or not.
