Take a look at some of the videos that highlight the top fascia rails where the auxiliary roof power and trap doors for accessory mounts are. It looks like you can snake cabling through and bolts to fabricate either an external mount or run a stealth antenna under the plastic fascia.

Anyone notice that it says “heated seats for all seating positions” which we know isn’t true in the UI, the fifth (middle) seat doesn’t have an option for heat.

The option would be to not buy the foundation series, unfortunately. I liked the cleaner look of no external branding gimmicks aside from the shape/design language of the vehicle.

Don't forget that there are two qualifying variables to the tax incentives, the vehicle and the buyers combined annual income. Then factor in the purchase of a 80-120k price. I assume many of the buyers are going to be ruled out by the combined annual income limits.

The front motor of the Cyberbeast is not the same as the AWD motor (Permanent magnet versus induction motor) . Regardless the lead engineer and designer have said directly, multiple times it has front lockers (both AWD and Cyberbeast)

To better help manage our expectations. I would also be watching this VIN tracking thread - there has been very few Cyberbeasts being made. Won’t be assigned a VIN anytime soon if they are not making the cyberbeast. Overwhelming majority of VINs are AWD...

I hope that is the case, my trade in has been sitting completed since around 12/12. (invited for Foundations 12/9) I suspect the team that does the trade-in offers was swamped for end of year sales pushes and are prolly clearing the queue now. (but getting our Cyberbeasts soon would be great!)

The reason the shop gives you the message that the accessories are not compatible is because you don’t have a Cybertruck yet actually associated to your account and they will only sell those products to Cybertruck owners.

I use FSD Beta for over 90% of my driving, now in my current teslas (neighborhoods, city and highway) While I understand the perspective, it doesn’t change that it’s disappointing and possibly (giving an unknown timeline of FSD enablement) changes the perceived value of the foundation series.

Same here as well, I think this use case is valid and I’m not sure anyone has tried reverse at speed in off-road modes?
