    '24 Cybetruck frame damages-rear

Interesting on what they said they would do. Vehicles are "cut and patched" all the time but on steel vehicles frame damage is often totaling. I was curious how Tesla was going to handle this with the castings. If they can cut a chunk out clean and get that chunk as a replacement (preset...

💥 CYBERTRUCKco Heavy-Duty Aluminum Rear Bumper launched! 💥

Hopefully I'll have mine in the next few weeks and can put up a review. This bumper format is not for everyone. CYBERTRUCKco is specifically making parts for those of us that spend time on trails and obstacles. The other designs out there are for light trail driving, camping, and road usage...

Stainless tailgate cap and sail panels

This is the rack I've been looking at but don't know if it will actually be made. I like the stainless, simplicity of build/few parts. Just the basic cage build. https://www.cyberrak.com/shop/p/bed-over-rack-kit-w6dse

How important is the front bumper camera?

Tesla stated it is not currently used for FSD. I am not finding an official statement but we do know it does not use the bumper camera.

How important is the front bumper camera?

If you are off-roading it is very important, it is the only way to see in front of you at times. For current Tesla FSD, security, etc it is not used, like @ThatGuyBo said.

Stainless tailgate cap and sail panels

***COMMENT*** That looks very professional. I'll try to get an order in for the tail cap next week. I'll likely be doing a rack I can take on and off so just the tailgate for me.

    Camping shower / water heater

I would guess some small electric on-demand water heater (they put them under sinks) would probably work well.

Stop cutting off Trucks on fsd!

Sorry wrong section. This is what it stated " Dynamic routing around road closures, which displays them along an affected route when they are detected by the fleet.". You are correct its not talking about local awareness yet.

Stop cutting off Trucks on fsd!

Read the latest update patch notes again (yesterday/Tuesday). It mentions "fleet" in the future patch update. They are planning on it. I expect some time in the future FSD vehicles to run in packs on the highway generally keeping other vehicles out of the "group". Nothing about that would be...

Puff of air sound - suspension issue?

Happens off and on for me. A lot more when wheeling. Its built up air pressure from somewhere between the air suspension and the air compressor. The smoother the ride the less it will happen. The suspension is trying to compensate for uneven surfaces and keep the vehicle level. I've heard it...

swing away hitch with bike rack?

Go figure this old thread popped up too. I hadn't seen it before. https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/first-cybertruck-swing-arm-spare-tire-carrier-by-wilco-offroad.13861/

Drag Race: Cyberbeast v. Audi RSQ8 and RS7 [Carwow!]

Good point. As the ATs have worn down I do get a little more chirping but yeah when they were newer there wasn't anything.

swing away hitch with bike rack?

Some quick conversion options if you can't find anything else. There are bumpers from a few vendors on here with the swing out tire carriers. https://www.rackmaven.com/spare-tire-bike-racks/ https://www.etrailer.com/dept-pg-Spare_Tire_Bike_Racks.aspx

NEW Bumper Insert LED Lightbar - 40" Curved Light Bar / 48v (no converter!) / Retain Tow Hook Functionality - T Sportline

Always! ROFL There are far too few of us spread out way too far to be able to get that many together for regular offrading trips.

Drag Race: Cyberbeast v. Audi RSQ8 and RS7 [Carwow!]

Probably tire and surface dependent too. I'd be willing to bet with actual H rated (or better?) road tires it could squeak a little better out of it. It does do more than just prep the motors and tires. The truck actually crouches to give it its best traction profile for grip at launch.

NEW Bumper Insert LED Lightbar - 40" Curved Light Bar / 48v (no converter!) / Retain Tow Hook Functionality - T Sportline

I would disagree on the lack of usefulness of diming or selecting flood vs ditch lights. If I'm on a group "convoy" at night I may only want ditch lights or to dim them in general. The feature set does have its uses. You are correct it is not necessary but still can be useful.

POLL: Do you own the OEM Cybertrucktent??? Do you want one?

No. Not my style camping. Takes up too much of the bed. Very expensive compared to alternatives. Other options are better designed. I can see it being appealing to someone that doesn't want anything out of their truck bed while general use and doesn't need the full bed space for anything on any...

swing away hitch with bike rack?

I have this swing one but it doesn't go down far enough for the tailgate to lay flat (sorry dirty from being in the garage on the floor all winter). I'm not really sure the brand, I took a picture of the two markings on it. Also if I want to open the tailgate I'll reverse the two bolts on it so...
