Thanks, I haven't taken my stock off yet (haven't needed too, much more familiar below the frunk *sigh*). The plastic is just crap and wears if anything rubs on it.
I'll also likely be using a rack so those wouldn't be as applicable.

Jasper is planning on making all stainless crossbars that attach to this system, will be trick compared to stuff out now…

A recommendation on the tailgate. I don't know if it is making any noise now as its only attached with the 4 bolts on the inside. Using 3M automotive double sided tape on the the top side to just help hold it in place and deaden any rattling it might end up with.

I used it to hold the front frunk plate together after a deer hit and even at the repair shop when I tried to rip it back off it was a PITA.

I haven’t noticed any noses as the panel is very rigid and the bolts hold it securely but not a bad idea.

That looks very professional. I'll try to get an order in for the tail cap next week. I'll likely be doing a rack I can take on and off so just the tailgate for me.

Your motivating Jasper to get on the design and production of stainless cross bars that will attach to the stainless sail panels. It’s been kicking around in his head but I have yet to see a prototype…

His will be more like the Tesla roof rack profile just made in stainless. They will be simple but not look cheap or cheesy.

Talking to Jasper… he’s working hard this weekend to fulfill orders…. He is taking an extra step to passivate the panels before shipping them out…. Who else would do that????

Ok looks like the first couple orders are heading to UPS hopefully tomorrow… Jasper has been fine tuning a couple

elements. Including beefed up support for the upcoming roof racks. First couple crates look like he’s shipping fine art work!
