I set the discharge limit to 20%, so plenty to get me to a local supercharger that is out of the fire risk area. That said, Iād likely load up my dadās 64.5 Mustang and bug out with that since it has much more sentimental value than the CT (despite me absolutely loving the CT). One is more...
In SoCal (OC) and lost electricity early this afternoon due to the winds and high fire risk. About 6 hours later and our Cybertruck is still providing electricity to the house. Has used about 25 miles of range so far.
I shudder whenever my wife sends me to the pantry or fridge to get something. I can legit only find things 50% of the time, but she and my daughters find anything within seconds.
Probably a hodgepodge of posts that Iāve seen and assumptions Iāve made. Thatās why Iām here asking the question. Sounds like itās been active all along and Iām just such a stellar driver that it has yet to activate.
My question was whether AEB was different/engaged now that FSD is out (for many of us.) For whatever reason I havenāt been of the understanding or belief that AEB was implemented in a way that it could be *relied upon* in the same way one can in the SEXY lineup. And I donāt mean *relied upon* as...
The parking lot question is more of a nice to know. I agree it shouldnāt be necessary, but even $20kish cars have this type of system in place. My 2015 Volvo was overly aggressive, but did a great job of preventing bumps.
As for your other comment, I think we all agree the goal of the system...
So we donāt have Auto Emergency Braking engaged yet like the other models? Itās reflected in the manual, but I also thought/assumed it wasnāt active yet...
Except for lane departure warnings where the car tells me to take control immediately, I have yet to notice any interventions by the car while Iām driving. At the same time I realize I havenāt had any near misses.
Iām curious about the following scenarios when Iām driving (not FSD being in...
As a former Lightning owner you nailed how I feel too. My family likes the CT, but as a road tripper they loved the feel of the Lightning. That said, the Supercharger network going from OC to Idaho was so much better than EA and EVGo on our OC to Vail trip).
Thx. Gloss white PPF. Brand is GSWF. Very happy with it, though my guy didnāt wrap the edges (he wasnāt convinced it wouldnāt start to peel if he did so).
I donāt even notice the stainless edges any longer, but kind of like the contrast if i look hard enough for it.
Been on a road trip from SoCal to Northern Idaho. The further north we go the more polarizing the car seems to be. Had my first thumbs down from young teenage boys in Coeur dāAleneā¦gave them a hang loose back. One bird from a lifted truck towing something in Sandpoint, ID. Got a couple of middle...
The trolls on Cyberstuck are a sad lot. Whether itās Elon Derangement Syndrome, being full-blown leftists, or just bored losers, I find it hilarious there is a subreddit nearly larger than (if not larger than) the Cybertruck subreddit that is 100% dedicated to hating on a vehicle none of them...
Iām a huge fan of this app and suspect theyāll have tons of your parks covered. Weāve used throughout the southwest and Hawaii.
Enjoy making those memories!
