  1. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

No one is arguing that the beast doesn't make sense, Obviously it's faster. But the fact is I made a post saying the the dual motor in insanely fast (to fast for me) and then people who reserved tri-motors went crazy. Seems like tri-motor reservation holders who haven't even received their...
  2. CYBERTRUCKco World’s First Production-Intent roofrack w/ custom rooftop tent

Hey, is it possible to remove the rear roof glass to create a weatherproof entrance to the truck bed from the rear seats of the cybertruck? kinda explained what I wanted to achieve a bit ago on this post. https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/my-cybertruck-camper-design.8216/
  3. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

The beast guys are the ones that started being petty on this thread. All I said is the AWD is faster than I’ll ever drive on public roads and beast dudes went crazy. I haven’t put my AWD back into sport mode even once since making this post. It’s unnecessary and dangerous speeds when you live in...
  4. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

Lol you beast guys are so funny, you’re the ones that keep insulting the awd. And let’s be real comparing the awd to beast is like comparing the ritz and Waldorf ….not motel 6. Also as customary with Tesla both cars will be outdated in two years, which is about the time I go between vehicles...
  5. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

I doubt this is true, I can almost guarantee the difference is not as much as beast owners on here claim. The only people obsessed with the beast are beast owners. I’ve read articles and seen many videos where the best barely out paces the awd. In the early days I saw a beast with the same...
  6. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

I’ve had thousands of happy people take pictures of my cybertruck since I bought it here in NYC and not a single one cared about if it was a beast or awd. The topic hasn’t come up a single time. Maybe at some point I’ll replace my AWD with a quad motor when it comes out in a year or two. But...
  7. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

I said I purchased because I wanted to enjoy having a cybertruck for an extra 6 months before others. These 6 months will be the most fun of the entire ownership experience imo. By the time you get your beast the cybertruck will be common everyday vehicle and all the excitement of it being a...
  8. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

I got the awd because it’s awesome and I get it 6 months earlier than waiting for a beast which has no benefit to me. I think the dual motor is already too fast as it is so I never take it out of chill mode. What would I do with a beast? The only reason I even cared for a beast to begin with was...
  9. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

It’s pretty wild to think people who can afford a 100k vehicle wouldn’t be able to foot 20k more if they truly wanted the beast. I paid for my vehicle cash with nyc tax it came up to 113k. I could have easily registered it in Montana if I wanted and been at damn near the same price for a beast...
  10. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

Because I’m a safe driver? The speed limit on public roads is 25mph and the highway is 50 mph. why does anyone need a truck as fast as the awd cybertruck? Much more for the cyberbeast.
  11. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

That’s what I’m asking, have you actually driven both to see the difference? That’s kinda what I’m trying to figure out from this post. It seems like the awd is already dangerously fast so I can’t imagine the beast being much quicker. Since posting this I’ve actually been trying to find videos...
  12. Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck is insanly fast

So I received my truck about a week ago and have been driving it in "chill" mode this entire time. Tonight a passenger wanted to see how fast it was so I decided to put it in sport to test. I didn't expect much because I know mine was the slower truck, but this thing was brutal, it literally...
  13. My Tesla app has been showing a VIN for about a week with no official communication from Tesla.

Update: I received the delivery appointment text today. So from order to delivery took about a month total
  14. My Tesla app has been showing a VIN for about a week with no official communication from Tesla.

Is it normal to have a VIN on the app but receive no confirmation from Tesla at all? I noticed the VIN last week and was never notified, also received no information about potential delivery yet.
  15. Updated/most recent ETA’s. Any input?

I’m in nyc, ordered my dual motor 4/27 and received a vin (~13,000) on 5/23. I haven’t had any contact from Tesla about delivery yet though.
  16. Cyberbeast Estimated Delivery

When did I use that excuse? I straight up said that I wanted a beast but it’s not worth the extra wait time imo. Having one of the first Cybertrucks in my city is far more valuable to me than having a Cyberbeast almost a year later when the roads are saturated with Cybertrucks.
  17. Cyberbeast Estimated Delivery

The X plaid is way more expensive to produce than the Cybertruck. The Cybertruck is streamlined in every way possible to be produced as cheaply as possible. But going back to your order, When did you place the cyberbeast order and how long did it take to get the VIN? I may change to a beast if...
  18. Cyberbeast Estimated Delivery

You realize 0-60 times means nothing when your vehicle tops out at 130mph right? What's the point of going 0-60 in 2 seconds then topping out at ~130mph? You would end up getting destroyed in any real world race, unless your plan is to pull off from red lights really fast over and over again...
  19. Cyberbeast Estimated Delivery

Because the entire point of an early reservation holder is to get the vehicle early. That’s the whole appeal. To be one of the firsts to get the cybertruck. The prices are going to nose dive also, there’s probably like 500k people that’s desperate for this vehicle. There will be no demand after...
