Can also confirm that Tesla is still working on this. I had requested a replacement on my last service visit to handle some other issues and was told that Tesla knows there is an issue but hasn't come up with a remedy yet. I will be notified when a new fix is available.
Just got my truck back this morning after service for multiple small things noticed at delivery. I requested an additional slat due to assuming I am missing one based on mine looking exactly like the picture posted by OP. Service center denied it and stated that it was normal. I haven't had any...
Got mine back from service this morning. They were in fact able to adjust the tailgate. It is not 100% flush now but 10x better. All the service notes stated was that the latch required adjustment.
To me, it seems like they connected the wiring to test the lightbar and make sure it works which added it to you interface. Then they disconnected it for liability reasons and the computer senses that it isn't installed anymore.
I would check the b pillar for the connection.
I would just ask your favorite electrician for a quote to install a generator interlock. I had one on my house already when I moved in. Basically just consists of a bracket that prevents you from shutting the breaker for your generator connection when the main breaker to your panel is shut. I...
I just took delivery of a $71990 one last week. Price difference would be mine had grey interior and AS tires. It was available for immediate dilvery but I waited 6 days. Could have been cantrail work but they only told me it was due to "pre-delivery inspection".
They give you an adjusted cost balance when you buy out. You don't have to pay residual plus any additional payments. You get a final capitalized cost at the initial start of the lease and that will be your buyout price minus any payments you have made plus the buyout fee which I believe is $350...
For clarity, it is not a FS. Those are not eligible for lease. It is a 2024 AWD that had an $8k discount and was lease eligible for the additional $7500 off. There are of course some other fees like the acquisition fee that takes away from that $7500 but still a very good deal.
Not all of the...
Well I finally decided to pull the trigger. Think I got the best deal possible right now. Was hoping for a 0% financing deal but what I did comes out cheaper overall.
I had seen an AWD pop up occasionally for $71990 in my zip code but they never lasted very long. Finally snagged one and took...
Do you have a specific question about this? I just took delivery of mine yesterday with a lease but I am going to buy it out shortly. That looks like it is through Santander based on the money factor which is what I had initially but had them switch to Tesla Lease Trust which has a higher money...
Not sure there is a way to get this done. I have also seen a 2024 pop up for $71990 that is lease eligible and not a demo. Makes it a fantastic deal to do the lease buyout on but I've missed it twice now and even the couple Cyberbeasts I was looking at doing the same thing with are gone now in...
Supposedly inventory doubled to around 10k trucks now based on a 3rd party inventory tracker. Huge inventory bump for everything except new MY. If that is accurate, I expect a good incentive.
I really don't think the current lease promo for AWD is doing much, especially when the majority of...
I am actually toying with the lease. I want a Cyberbeast so I have to at least lease initially to get the $7500. The lease rate actually comes out to about 3.5% on some of the 2024 discounted models in my zip. Not bad but I would still end up paying more money in interest overall if I didn't...
MY now eligible for 1.99% up to 72mo. Not bad. Come on CT! Not sure why they think the lease deals do much. Do that many people actually lease a vehicle?
