I live in rural Colorado and visit COSPGS, haven't had any issues there. I'd say more of the Denver/Boulder area. Just watch out for the infamous man-bun men and elderly driving Subarus in Colorado. It's basically a cult of the most annoying drivers you'll ever find.
So a few years ago I had a 2023 F150 Raptor with 37" tires/performance pack. Great truck, comfortable, rode high, comfy seats. I eventually sold that for a 392 Wrangler which we liked, but didn't keep long because of the lack of comfort. So to rectify that, after waiting a few years for the CT...
Yikes, that's kinda embarrassing a thrown bottle smashed the side window like that. If it hit the door panel you likely wouldn't even have noticed except for the bottle glass on the ground.
And I would never go into some criminal run zombie hell-hole like that, especially after dark. Sucks...
In my experience in my 2026; the speed limit FSD uses and the speed displayed on the nav system are two different things. We have super new/clear speed limit signs on a highway near me that state 65 MPH but some sort of nav database or something overrides it and both FSD "thinks" and the nav...
New 2026 model, for the first few months the Frunk closed fine and latched. Now for some reason it gets to where the latch is and then pops back open. Like it's hitting the latch and just enough resistance is met for the safety function to over-ride and raise the Frunk lid. Has anyone run into...
Skimmed through his video; that was painful. IMO he's always been over-rated, he reminds me of a used car salesman.
This whole mentality of "let's compare a $120K FS Cyberbeast to the SINGLE CT that sold on his site in all of 2026 (which happens to be by far the least desirable - RWD model)...
No, as it only uses one of the three rear center console vents. And those vents share a single common plenum, so the restriction of the tube is going to just push more air our the other two vents. I'm going to do a custom enclosure that captures all three rear vents... although it's not going to...
So after removing the rear window, the rear A/C vents aren't strong enough to really circulate air back there. I'm going to have to come up with some sort of custom push/pull fan setup.
Only think I'd ever consider trading in my CT for is a Lucid Gravity. Those things are sexy, but no FSD or off-road capability is a deal killer for me.
I did some tests with the rear HVAC, it looks like it's pretty strong and in the "upwards" setting, it seems like it would blow right where the rear window gap is. I have the Urander bed cap for the dogs and will report back cooling capacity and noise increase once I remove the window.
Instead...
Just an update after about 400 miles over a dozen drives including wash board roads and mild off road; hasn't happened again and service center says it's ok to keep driving and will keep the service ticket open if it happens again.
Someone on Reddit is saying they had this issue, and turned out to be not only a bad PCS, but they replace the entire battery pack too. I wonder if these errors are generic HV gone bad errors that can mean multiple things.
EDIT: Did the vin lookup and I have the latest T2-G PCS.
Just going back to when you said you were stranded, what would happen after you pulled over, left the vehicle, closed the door and went back? When I did that, everything reset and it drove normally again like it never happened.
Did yours start that way and progress into something worse? Would...
