I don't understand, the title of the thread talks about the front bumper light bar, but the video and everything else is talking about a light bar that mounts above the glass windshield near where the factory light bar attaches.

I’ve purchased and returned this exact Light. It is the older version that makes the speaker hiss.

Yes you have to select the option for just the front bumper light bar and not the roof one as it appears you have done.
