I'm really sorry, but although this light was in stock previously, we had to produce a new batch due to some issues. The new batch will be shipped on February 26th.

Never again. Then you' make a ups tracking number to pacify customers and it shows as in transit on shopify when you still haven't sent it. And you're even admitting you haven't sent it on this thread smh. Update your site to reflect accurate information instead of holding peoples money and products, or better yet delete your site and stop scamming. Respectfully.

Friend, this is indeed an issue, and we really didn't see it. Could you provide a screenshot? We haven't set up the function to show "in transit" before shipping. We need to confirm if it's a problem with Shopify. You can send me the screenshot, and I'll contact Shopify's customer service to resolve it.
