Charged at work yesterday w/ J1772 adapter. Chargepoint App shows 56kwh delivered vs Cybertruck at 51kwh.
10% seems excessive to me. What are others seeing?

.29 kWh doesn’t seem too bad. Here Tesla chargers are 37 but all taxes and fees included. Perhaps charge point is skimming the till. Charge an extra kWh and pocket the money. sounds like something VW would do anyway.

Did you have Sentry Mode on? Cabin overheat protection? In the app it will not show you the juice used for other things like that. Likely just phantom drain. See things like that when parked at the airport.

5kwh / 8.6 hours = 581 Watt loss/ drain

Assuming 95% charging efficency:
56 * 5% = 2.8 kW
2.2 kW / 8.6 = 256 watt other drain

Seems reasonable

Also, the app adjusts the charge energy to the net amount, including any vehicle usage after charging. So the app reported kWh decreases over time.
Not super relevant in this case, but interesting at home with hours of idle time.
