I see no major changes. I am defeated. Think i‘m just going to ignore these minor step changes and wait for 13.3? Unless they actually release something with some actual patch notes.

At this point it’s just unreasonably slow when turning onto highways. There are some extremely safe gaps in traffic that it still just will not take. Once it gets onto the highway, it’s great. But that’s basically autopilot.

Not sure if anyone else is seeing these issues.

Given that it has serious acceleration, would it have to use more of that than a nervous old lady’s chauffeur to make those “extremely safe gaps”?

Lively is a great option, but death by boredom is not such a bad default. And the toddler in their seat in back shouldn’t be given cause to drop their sippy cup. (No, I don’t have a toddler, but still.)

But I haven’t seen it that timid; it doesn’t wait much more than I would (and I’m not an old lady either), which is fine by me until I trust it more.

Edit: I think a lot of this is that unlike higher volume models, they don’t have nearly as much model specific data for FSD on CT/CB to use. Likewise that some features aren’t yet available for CT/CB.

Yea, it's going to be hard to give full context without a video but it's borderline unuseable at this point for getting on and off my 2 lane hwy. Maybe it is a regression but not sure at which of these point releases its happened. I try to give it up to 2-3 gaps in order to attempt it's turns but if I have cars behind me, last thing I want to do is make them wait.

These are gaps it has easily made before without any risk to sippy cups.

well, sounds like more of the same. I am not even going to make a special trip outside to check it out.

Just installed latest and FSD’d to nearest supercharger. Didn’t seem excessively timid. Maybe some setting under autopilot?

Might be something with the hwy as well? No idea. No settings change in autopilot.

It's also had granny behavior prior to moving into the turning lane to turn off of the highway. For example, speed limit is 55 and most go ~60, it will slow down to 35 or less in the left/fast lane prior to exiting into the turning lane. Even with cars behind me.

At this point I take over if cars are behind me as people will honk and maneuver around me with dirty looks.

It'll get there.

Did you find anything?
No, at least not yet. I'm back indoors, and not going out again until dinner if then (moving being relatively uncomfortable in recent years). I guess I don't think deviously enough for checking the toybox to have occurred to me, just seemed to me that the wording was an observation of the timing of the update release, not an occasion to hunt for new goodies, Easter eggs, etc. Maybe if there's an Easter update I'll remember to check then. :)

Heck, maybe the Santa Cybertruck option got changed to a Cupid option instead, although that seems tacky to me.

Installed it last night. Hope it fixes some of the annoyances I had with 13.2.6.

13.2.4 was near perfect for me.

I just went outside to check the truck and could not find anything. Look in the menu, looked in the toybox and didn't see any blue dots signaling something is new. I even tried a voice command, "Happy Valentines Day" and nothing.
