Mine randomly gets in the left lane driving down 4 towards Upper MarlbarroSince AFAIK it doesn't read "no right on red" signs (some of which are even worse because they only apply during certain hours, such as one by a school near me), IMO if there's any doubt at all it should wait for you to tap the pedal.
I'd also like to know if it's aware that DC is entirely no right on red by default (i.e. unless they have a "right on red after stop" sign somewhere).
