The official model year 2025 VIN decoder for Tesla is now available at the NHTSA website. For comparison, the previous model year 2024 VIN decoder is still available too. The Cybertruck info is at the back of each document, after the S3XY info.
The main takeaway is that there are no big differences between 2024 and 2025 VINs, except for substituting "S" (= 2025) for "R" (= 2024) in Digit 10.
In particular, there is no indication that Tesla plans to offer a single-motor RWD Cybertruck for 2025. In Digit 8, for Motor/Drive Unit, there are still only two options for the Cybertruck: "D" (= Dual Motor) and "E" (= Triple Motor).
Seems like "C" would work nicely for a Single Motor CT, but it's not there. If you were hoping for a Quad Motor CT, which Elon has made noises about in the past, it's not there either.
