Sounds like an inefficient logistical mess.

Who goes out to get their package out of a vehicle? Who is ready at all times for said package? How inefficient is a 1 to 1 delivery? So there would need to be multiple packages to make it worth while...how is it regulated what is taken by who? If the person doesn't come get it, what happens to the package?

I think autonomous deliveries will occur, but they will need to be on demand like a pizza delivery and likely a reduced cost to walk out to the street to get food, but for package delivery, it doesn't make sense unless you get both parties to confirm a package will be there at X time and both are ready to participate.
I'm afraid you're right. Wishful thinking for now.

Please ask:

Any considerations for turning the CT line into a new line of stainless steel tumblers for Tesla?

Not selling much CT. Maybe take out YETI and RTIC in one swing. We all need another tumbler.

Tesla already offers a $71 stainless steel CyberVessel. It is reportedly "compatible with all Tesla vehicles", but the warranty does not cover use in a Ford Lightning or a Rivian.

However, one other Cybertruck question is currently ranked among the top ten most popular questions overall. This means that there is an actual chance that it could get raised during the call:
After the unveiling of the Cybertruck, Musk stated if it didn’t sell well, Tesla would build a more conventional looking pickup. How practical would it be to create this new design on the Cybertruck architecture and could it be conveniently built on the existing production lines?
Looks like the question actually did get asked, and answered:
If Cybertruck didn't sell well, Elon said they would make a new truck, new less fugly model?

Cybertruck sells better than any electric truck - Lars

Elon - Yeah, we will transition the Cybertruck line to a fully autonomous line
There's a lot of cargo that needs to move
an autonomous Cybertruck could be useful
So apparently the plan is to revise the CT line, but by transitioning it to fully autonomous versions.

Most assume he means removing the wheel and pedals
