Updated with post by @pae1andonly summarizing the updates in 2026.20.6.6:
Summarize differences between 2026.14.6.11 and 2026.20.6.6
Key Differences Summary (2026.14.6.11 vs. 2026.20.6.6)
These are both recent Tesla vehicle software branches (likely on the same or very similar FSD Supervised base initially), with 2026.20.6.6 representing a newer major/minor branch rollout that incorporates later FSD improvements and additional vehicle features.
1. FSD (Supervised) Version & Improvements
  • 2026.14.6.11: Includes FSD v14.3.4 (with RL upgrades, vision encoder improvements, 20% faster reaction via MLIR compiler rewrite, pothole avoidance in some notes, Actually Smart Summon enhancements, etc.).
  • 2026.20.6.6: Includes FSD v14.3.5(incremental upgrade from 14.3.4).
    • Further refinements: Mitigated unnecessary lane biasing/tailgating, better parking decisiveness, improved emergency vehicle/school bus/right-of-way handling, small animal avoidance, complex traffic light/intersection handling, rare object handling, temporary degradation recovery, and unified model across FSD/Actually Smart Summon/Robotaxi.
      • New/expanded stats and feedback tools (e.g., intervention-free streaks, better driver preference memory in some reports).
      • Camera Preview: Now accessible while driving (Controls > Service > Camera Preview) — a notable new usability feature.
2. Core Vehicle Features (2026.20 Branch Additions)
  • Dashcam Clip Encryption(new in 2026.20): Clips saved to USB are encrypted for privacy; only your vehicle can decrypt them (toggle in Controls > Safety).
    • Parental Controls (new/enhanced): Block Browser, Theater, and Arcade (Controls > Safety > Parental Controls).
    • "Hey Grok" voice assistant integration (new): Launch via voice, steering wheel, or app; supports navigation, reminders, personality options (early beta, requires connectivity).
    • Security improvements and various bug fixes/UI tweaks carried over or expanded.
3. Other Notes
  • 2026.14.6.11was more of a point release focused on stability/FSD tweaks (e.g., driver monitoring sensitivity in user reports) on the 2026.14 base.
    • 2026.20.6.6 is the newer branch (rolled out ~July 2026), bringing the latest FSD to vehicles on/updated to that line, plus the privacy/safety/voice features. It also added Actually Smart Summon for Cybertruck in some contexts.
    • Both share many underlying FSD neural net upgrades, but 2026.20.x includes the fresher FSD supervised version + branch-specific additions.
For your Cybertruck, the 2026.20 branch should bring these FSD refinements, Camera Preview, encryption, and Grok features (check for rollout in your vehicle). Release notes can vary slightly by model/region/hardware (HW4/AI4 common here). Always review in-car notes after updating, and report disengagements/feedback to help Tesla.

lol on some rural roads I drive, some triaxle guys have LEDs all over their trucks and they drive like NASCAR drivers. 14.6.11 reacted to those coming over the hill at night as though they were fire trucks. Hope that got better!

My 26 CT has had this issue with jerkiness from complete stops while on FSD. Doesn’t matter the profile, mode, or comfort setting. Hopefully this resolves it. Been doing this for a while and seems to get a bit better with each update. Recalibrated cameras and made no difference.

So dashcam files can't be used with third party file viewers anymore? Or we can't even view the raw footage straight from the storage device?

Depends if you enable encryption or not.
