22 days from Order to Delivery

When you first received your notice to customize your truck, how long did it say for anticipated delivery?
I received my confirmation about 6 weeks ago for complete my order on the FS Cyber east with delivery estimated October-December 2024.
I’m curious if I finalize, it would be sooner?
I'm also not interested in the FS.

When I received the invite to configure, the app said early September.

I found a WARP SPEED change in the app when i listed my VIN on my insurance. Yes, I did not have the truck yet but I used progressive which allowed me to select the “begin date” I wanted to insure the truck. I selected August 15th. Within three days, I my app had been updated and unlocked new task. I quickly updated my insurance.

Maybe chance, maybe end of the FS rush but something was triggered whenever I added my vin to my insurance.

Congrats! More importantly, are you going to wrap it like the General Lee?

A year ago I had aspirations of the orange wrap, but I’ll leave that for the cowboys. I have a dif wrap in mind which should come about in December.
I will definitely wrap.

Congratulations! It is like Christmas getting your Cybertruck. I took delivery May 22nd of a Beast. These trucks really do drive like nothing on the planet. And I never get tired of looking at it. I look for reasons to drive somewhere. Since I work from home I'm always asking my wife, you need anything from the market, Starbucks, anything? She loves that.
Being that its the end of a quarter Tesla wants the most deliveries possible to hit sales numbers. Public company and all.

Like you, I asked my wife if she needed anything, I was ready to drive anywhere!
I don’t have my home powered yet for charging ( guy comes after July 4th) so I told her I’m driving to the local supercharger just for kicks.

When I configured my order two week ego said delivery will be in two weeks ( last week in June) but I went with gray interior and delivery schedule for August-September. I’m hopping I can postpone delivery to November or December.
they’re moving fast here in SoCal.

I paid on 30 may. Zero word since then.
I think it depends on Zip code
My SC had 20 sitting last week.

I found that my Tesla app went to warp speed when I added the VIN on my progressive insurance. Did not even have the truck. Just the VIN.

I think I was lucky enough and Irvine, CA is one of the most cars being delivered location at the moment.

My VIN is not affected by recall and hope everything goes well. I'll update once I pick it up.
