I have seen industrial shelving hold turbines, transmissions, and other dense metal…
Got o your local metal shop that sells c and square tube steel, look how they store them… industrial shelving can handle a lot of weight and with all of that cross bracing and re-enforced shelves, I bet those shelves can hold a LOT of weight.

According to my math on the other thread linked to above, there's about 2500kg per shelf, or about 40 metric tons standing on 4 legs in one vertical row. So up to 20 tons per leg. Not so bad
