I had a crazy rattle that Tesla not the authorized body shop (at teslas expense) couldn’t solve. Someone on here suggested I WD40 the door latches. Problem solved. Try oiling the heck out of your rear door latches mechanism before you test sort your truck.

This may not apply to you but consider how long you expect to keep your truck. I have seen people wear themselves out fighting tesla on repairs and after prevailing, sell the truck soon after.

I have a similar situation on our '24 Sienna but that van is going to be someone elses problem in about 3 months.
Agree
But I’ll address if keeping

Escalation steps:
Service manager
If no resolve the site sr manager
If no resolve ask for the area director
Last if nec, DM on X Wes Morrill of Tesla

hope it does not go that far
Any of my service visits never needed escalation

btw, had the famous upper control arm issue of the 2026 MY, fixed and now perfect

Above is what I would do
Good luck
