I think the battery is the one huge issue on resale. At $20k for a replacement battery, buying a used EV has a lot of risk vs. an IC. On a IC just add the gas.

Used Teslas sell well at prevailing prices. I don’t know that the public is well enough informed about the risk/lfe of the Lithium Ion batteries to deter them from purchasing them (EVs).
