I like the idea of having one on the light bar! since I’ve never owned a Tesla before I’m not familiar with their camera system but I really like the eagle-eye view (I think that’s what it’s called )on my expedition. I’m gonna miss that if they don’t have that.
I've been able to swipe the rearview window to the left or right, and swiping all the way to the bottom removes it from the screen temporarily.
I hope someone figures out a way to tie it into the existing camera system. that would be ideal so you don’t have to run wires all over the place.
Guess that means there’s nothing software updates can’t change. Maybe the next GEN cyber truck will have that integrated in it will be able to be retrofitted.
How do you want to use it on your CT?Anyone know if these will work if your CT dies completely?
That would be nice except for one thing; that rearview camera is going to get messed up unless Tesla changes it somehow, or unless you use a different one. At that point you might as well have your own.
My TWRAPS accessories just came in and I didn’t realize they were 3-D printed untill I read your thread and open them when I got home from work. A bit disappointed that they’re 3-D printed. However, they’re actually really good quality and will do the job for now at least makes sense why they were such a good deal they don’t seem like they would easily like some of the 3-D printed things I’ve made before. lol.
